FINANCIAL 2008: NEW 'FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY
The 2008 Budget Law (Law 244/07), in force since 1 January 2008, confirms and provides some important new provisions relating to renewable energy. Incentives simplified and extended, new facilities, more stringent constraints for energy certification of buildings, simplification of permits, more certainty in the time and manner of connection to the mains, increasing the responsibility of local authorities: a framework for significant boost in renewables.
