The City of Colorno (PR) has signed an agreement in recent weeks with the University of Parma Parma, with whom the University was asked to make a energy audits on two buildings located on Maple Street Colorno Ferrari in order to verify the energy consumption of two sample buildings of the town and show the scope for energy saving and efficiency over most of the huge existing private housing stock.
The results, presented recently at the Municipal Council of the penultimate consiliatura showed potential savings more than 55% of the "energy bill" investments, maintenance of the order of € 77,000.00, to be recovered through savings within 9 years on: the insulation of buildings (outer coat), plant efficiency ( condensing boilers), clean energy production (solar panels).
